Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead the planning and execution of community events and programs within large-scale neighborhoods. The role focuses on resident engagement, partnerships, and club activities, with a strong emphasis on communications and budget management.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in event planning or public relations, a related bachelor’s degree, and a capacity for public speaking. Onsite work is required, with occasional extended hours for events.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.

Responsibilities

• Creating, planning, promoting and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
• Collaborating with the Communications Associate to produce content for the community website, newsletters, promotional materials and social media.
• Producing, maintaining and following an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establishing and nurturing partnerships with local organizations and businesses for residents and the community.
• Overseeing the amenity center operations including rentals.
• Developing and implementing general policies and procedures.
• Creating, coordinating and supporting community clubs, groups and committees.
• Cultivating a strong relationship with the Board of Directors and presenting progress.
• Being comfortable with public speaking and engagement.
