Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking a Lifestyle Director to create, promote and manage community experiences for residents through events, programming and communications.

You will lead the events calendar, content creation for newsletters and social platforms, and manage an annual activities budget while building partnerships with local organizations to enrich the community life.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or other related experience.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in recreation, communications, journalism or community development.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive community events and programming calendar for residents.
• Develop content for community communications – website, newsletters, promotions, social media.
• Produce and manage an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses for resident benefit.
• Oversee operation of the amenity center including rentals.
• Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support community clubs, groups and committees.
• Build a strong, professional relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Public speaking and resident engagement.
