CCMC is seeking a Lifestyle Director to plan and execute a rich calendar of community events and programs. You will partner with the Communications team to craft engaging content for websites, newsletters, and social media, while managing an annual event budget and building local partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in event planning or related fields, 2 years in communications, and a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. On-site work required with some evening or weekend events.

Competenze

3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism or related field preferred.
Must pass pre-employment background checks and related screenings.

Mansioni

Develop and manage a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
Collaborate with Communications Associate to create content for website, newsletters, and social media.
Develop and maintain an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
Foster partnerships with local organizations and businesses benefiting residents.
Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
Create and implement community policies and procedures.
Support for community clubs, groups, and committees; build strong Board relationships.
Public speaking and resident engagement as needed.
