Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a dedicated Lifestyle Director to plan and execute community events, programs, and communications. You will partner with the Communications Associate to craft content for websites, newsletters, and social media, while managing budgets and building partnerships with local organizations.

You will oversee the amenity center operations and help develop policies, with a focus on resident engagement and Board relations.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
• 2 years of professional experience creating and managing communications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in recreation, communications, journalism or community development.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a comprehensive community event and programming calendar.
• Collaborate with Communications Associate on content for website, newsletters, social media.
• Develop annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations to benefit residents and the community.
• Oversee the amenity center operations including rentals.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Support community clubs, groups, and committees.
• Build a strong relationship with the Board of Directors.
• Be comfortable with public speaking and engagement.
