Job summary

THRIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Community Manager for our QT Leasing Office in Columbus, OH. You will lead the community team, manage budgets, and drive leasing and renewals while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities include budgeting, hiring and development, resident relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, reporting, and program execution to exceed financial goals and maintain The Thrive Experience.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–4 years of related community management experience.
• Experience with community management software and Microsoft Office; CAM/CAPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop assigned communities’ Management, Experience, and Maintenance teams.
• Coordinate communications with clients, vendors and internal staff.
• Oversee marketing, leasing campaigns and renewal programs as directed.
• Manage operating budgets and monitor financial performance against a budget.
• Ensure compliance with rental regulations and company policies.
