Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Property Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and notices.
• Assist with leasing, screenings, and prospective resident communications.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and apartment turns.
• Prepare lease renewals and resident communications.
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and accurate records.
