Qualifications

• Minimum six months of Assistant Property Manager experience at an apartment community.
• Strong leasing and marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Good computer skills; Yardi experience preferred.
• Professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations of the community.
• Support marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
• Promote resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Assist with rent collection and site accounting functions.
• Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks.
• Process accounts payable and bank deposits.
• Post rent and maintain accurate financial records.
• Act on behalf of the Community Manager during absences.
• Maintain professional and positive resident relations.
• Work weekends as required.
