Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills with residents and prospects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to priorities.
• Basic math including percentages and ratios.
• Fair Housing knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for residents and prospects.
• Assist with tours and leasing activities.
• Communicate features and standards to prospects.
• Support leasing paths, amenities, and model readiness.
• Document interactions in Yardi and required systems.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident communications.
• Complete daily and weekly operational workflows.
• Participate in resident events and engagement activities.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
