In this role you will document interactions in our systems, support marketing and resident communications, and collaborate with the Community Manager and Resident Experience Associate.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service; property management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow written/verbal instructions; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and prospects with friendly, professional service.
• Assist with apartment tours and leasing activities alongside the team.
• Communicate community features and brand standards to prospects.
• Document interactions and service requests in Yardi and required systems.
