Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of office experience required.
• Two years in residential properties or related operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation for new residents.
• Contact new residents within seven days of move-in to check satisfaction.
• Oversee Onesite tasks and pending items.
• Guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident concerns within guidelines.
• Use CRM to manage resident relations and service requests.
• Maintain high quality customer service across communities.
