Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment, preferably in community management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations and compliance.
• Conduct monthly inspections and track issues using online tools.
• Provide information and education to homeowners about benefits of Association living.
• Coordinate with service contractors and vendors for projects.
• Assist with assessment collections and payment arrangements.
• Attend Board and Committee meetings and support collaboration with committees.
