Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Manager/Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations within a busy master-planned community in Keller, Texas. You will uphold community standards, coordinate with contractors, and serve as the onsite point of contact for collections and committee activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and clear communication with residents and team members. Must be able to work full-time, with after-hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar.
• Willingness to pass background checks and driving record review.
• CAM license preferred (in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards.
• Conduct monthly inspections and track compliance issues using online tools.
• Provide information and education to homeowners about Association living and Deed Restrictions.
• Oversee projects and act as liaison to contractors and vendors.
• Be onsite contact for assessment collections and monitor payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives as needed.
• Assist with Design Review process with the Design Review Committee.
• Oversee site staff and grounds services teams.
• Interact with residents and volunteers; attend board and committee meetings.
