Job summary

Corvias seeks a Resident Associate to serve as the primary contact for residents, handling leases, renewals, and fee enforcement. You’ll manage move‑ins/outs, maintain ledgers, and drive resident satisfaction while coordinating across teams to resolve issues.

You’ll leverage strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills to retain tenants, enforce policies, and promote a safe, well‑managed community environment at our Kansas locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management, hospitality or customer service.
• Proven ability to retain customers via renewals and upselling.
• Experience with collections, evictions, or fee assessments preferred.
• Ability to resolve complaints using independent judgment and options.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and address concerns promptly.
• Handle move‑in, move‑out, and eviction processes and related paperwork.
• Maintain tenant ledgers and track revenue/expenses for leases.
• Educate residents on policies and enforce standards as needed.
• Inform residents about events, programs, and renewal options.
• Execute lease renewals and coordinate cross‑community relocations as needed.
• Organize materials, report defects, and perform light upkeep tasks.
• Answer phones, file, data entry, and prepare reports.
