Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with sign-in procedure.
• Assist residents with requests for transportation and information.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages.
• Respond to emergency situations as the point of contact.
• Monitor lobby and common areas for safety.
• Maintain reservations and schedules for guest suites.
• Receive mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
• Update and maintain resident/family emergency contacts.
• Handle requests for maintenance and housekeeping.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and typing.
• Promote community events to residents and guests.
• Notify supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Report on-job injuries to the supervisor.
