• Punctual and reliable.

• Identifies and clarifies residents' needs; answers questions; provides directions and organizes services.
• Manages and screens messages.
• Helps residents establish accounts and schedules access for vendors to services.
• Anticipates services and develops itineraries based on resident preferences.
• Maintains guest privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Updates job knowledge through education and networking.
• Delivers packages and meals to residents' vestibules.
• Assists with guest suite reservations and check-ins.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
