FirstService Residential in Saint Petersburg, FL is hiring a part-time Resident Services Associate to assist residents with information and services, manage messages, and organize resources and events.

Responsibilities include planning dining, tours, travel, and personal services while maintaining privacy and a high standard of client care. This role is 8 hours per week on Sundays, with a pay rate of around $22 per hour, and requires strong communication and hospitality experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses with concentration in Business or Hospitality desirable.
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Word, Excel spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs; answers questions; gives directions and instructions; develops inventories of services.
• Manages and screens messages.
• Helps residents establish accounts and schedules access for authorized vendors to provide services within units.
• Provides services for planning arrangements and reservations for dining, tours, travel, entertainment, accommodations, rentals, gifts, sporting events, transportation, meetings, secretarial services, couriers, mail and personal appointments.
• Anticipates services by mood and style of residents; develops itineraries.
• Organizes social events and arranges services; supports event planning.
• Maintains guest privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by educational opportunities and networking.
