Job summary

The Torrey community in San Diego, CA is seeking a personable Concierge to join our property management team. This role greets residents and visitors, handles information requests, coordinates deliveries, and supports leasing efforts under the guidance of the Property Manager.

You will maintain accurate community knowledge, assist with promotions, and help ensure a high level of service and communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive and resourceful with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors, provide information about the community, and act as liaison with management.
• Distribute deliveries and assist with resident requests with timely follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and vacancy statuses.
• Support marketing efforts, promotions, and advertising for the community.
• Inspect common areas and units and suggest improvements to management.
• Assist in lease renewals and retention initiatives.
