• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and resident-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient residents, families, and visitors as first point of contact.
• Assist new residents with getting settled and navigating the facility.
• Help residents with daily non-clinical needs such as scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and managing mail and deliveries.
• Coordinate with family members and internal departments to support resident requests and ensure timely follow-through.
• Provide information about facility services, activities, and community resources, connecting residents to appropriate programs.
• Facilitate clear communication between residents, families, and nursing home staff, relaying messages and concerns promptly.
• Proactively address individual preferences and special requests to enhance the resident experience.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk/lobby area and uphold a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.
