Responsibilities

• Assist with grooming and other CNA-related needs as appropriate.
• Offer beverages, snacks, and comfort items to residents.
• Assist with meals and post-meal support.
• Spend one-on-one time with residents needing companionship.
• Help residents get to activities, appointments, and therapy.
• Organize personal space and keep essentials within reach.
• Respond to calls and communicate needs to nursing staff.
• Assist nursing team with CNA duties as needed.
• Build relationships and learn residents' routines and preferences.
