Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/communications degree is a plus.
• 2+ years in resident services, hospitality, or event planning.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; learn property management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resident events and activities.
• Manage event logistics with vendors and volunteers.
• Create resident communications and newsletters.
• Support new resident welcome and orientation.
• Collaborate with resident committees to drive engagement.
• Maintain records of events, vendors, and feedback.
• Assist the General Manager with community initiatives.
