• Lead the sales and resident experience team to drive property success.

• Seal the deal with a target closing ratio of 20% or higher.
• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office environment.
• Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends.
• Share marketing ideas with the Property Manager.
• Maintain professional resident communications and excellent service.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
