Job summary

Village Green in Chicago is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge to greet residents and guests and deliver exceptional hospitality. In this visible, frontline role, you will support leasing activities, answer questions, and coordinate service needs to make every resident's experience outstanding.

The position offers an hourly range of $18 to $20 plus bonus, with a mix of shifts including weekends. You will join a people-first culture that values service, teamwork, and a welcoming environment across

Qualifications

• Must have minimum one year of college.
• Must have the availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Must be team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Welcomes residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Communicates to the residents regularly via resident newsletters and social media.
• Become familiar and provide recommendations to residents on community attractions and local amenities when requested.
• Participates in event marketing.
• Provides brochures, floor plans and other collateral to clients.
• Completes guest cards, provides mini-tours and acts on leasing behalf during off-hours.
• Retrieves packages for residents.
• Provides refreshments to residents and guests.
• Keeps front lobby stocked with magazines, collateral, maps, transportation schedules, menus, etc asdescribed in the binder layout.
• Maintains a clean and orderly front desk, lobby area, and storage closets where applicable
• Prepares incident reports and correlating documentation
• Adheres to established policies related to fair housing
• Communicates with co-workers, management, residents, vendors, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintains confidentiality of co-workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and all outside contacts
