Edgewood Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Sunrise Bay in Galloway Township, NJ. The role supports the Regional Manager with financial performance, leasing, and resident relations within a multi-family portfolio.

You will help manage budgets, oversee rent collection, and coordinate maintenance and vendor activities to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents. This full-time position offers growth within a expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or hospitality.
• Proficiency with budget management, financial reporting, and rent collection.
• Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Manager in executing strategies to meet financial and occupancy goals.
• Support budget preparation and monitoring, expenses, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up with accurate financial records.
• Review invoices using RealPage software and assist in budget forecasting.
• Partner with leasing to drive occupancy, renewals, and revenue growth.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure budget and quality alignment.
• Serve as a point of contact for resident inquiries and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Organize community events and engagement initiatives.
• Address lease violations and notices as needed under guidance.
