Allegria Village in Dearborn, MI is seeking a compassionate, organized Skilled Nursing Concierge to join our team. This role guides new residents and families through admission, transition, and arrival, ensuring a welcoming, informative experience aligned with our high standards of care.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Nursing, Social Services, Therapy, and other departments to create a seamless check-in, familiarize residents with routines, dining, and amenities, and address concerns

Qualifikationen

• Customer-service oriented; compassionate approach to residents and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic records systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Welcome new residents and families to the Skilled Nursing Center.
• Escort residents to their rooms and introduce them to the community.
• Serve as primary contact during admission and transition.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Nursing, Social Services and others.
• Follow up with families within 24 hours of admission.
• Address concerns and facilitate communication with care teams.
