Comstock in Arlington, VA seeks a personable concierge to deliver exceptional resident service onsite. You will greet visitors, manage inquiries, coordinate amenity reservations, and support daily building operations with a focus on reliability and discretion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide class A customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet visitors including tenants, guests and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with stationery and brochures.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Control access to the building and screen entry of visitors.
• Handle incoming calls and route to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenities and building logistics.
• Conduct daily building walks and assist with decor and maintenance items.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
