Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong customer service background with hospitality focus.
• 1 year concierge or high-end service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide class A customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with forms and brochures.
• Respond to tenant questions and resolve complaints quickly.
• Control building access and verify authorized entry.
• Handle incoming calls and direct to proper destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity space and loading areas.
• Conduct daily building walks and assist with decor and upkeep.
• Work scheduled shifts and perform other duties as needed.
