Comstock is seeking a Full-Time Concierge for JW Residences in Reston, VA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality by greeting residents, addressing inquiries, and coordinating amenities to ensure a superior living experience.

Candidates should have a background in high-end customer service, be able to work weekends and holidays, and demonstrate strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Flexibility to work holidays and pick up additional shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
• Self-motivated and high energy with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and integrity; accountable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Meet and greet visitors including tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Maintain tidy reception area with necessary supplies and materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenities, loading elevators and dock.
• Perform daily building walks and address maintenance or decor needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
