Viva Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to support residents and families in our administration area. You will greet guests, assist with directions, handle phone messages, and help with basic clerical duties to ensure a warm, professional environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, excellent English communication, and the ability to work collegially with staff while upholding resident rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive guests and visitors, having them sign in.
• Assist visitors in finding resident rooms.
• Answer telephone and takes messages, forward information to staff.
• Announce appointments and arrivals to appropriate staff.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and rights.
• Be knowledgeable about community services and rates, provide tours and information.
