Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a dedicated concierge to act as the primary contact for residents' requests and non-emergency calls.

You will coordinate services for residents and their families, from deliveries to transportation, while ensuring exceptional customer service and follow-up on satisfaction. You will greet new residents, assist with inquiries about local amenities, and help keep the lobby and public areas inviting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required.
• Must complete all Atria training programs.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Able to perform basic math operations as described.
• Willing to work varying schedules and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for resident requests and non-emergency calls.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (delivery, reservations, transportation).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address concerns promptly.
• Answer questions about local stores, attractions and services.
• Keep lobby and first-floor areas clean and welcoming; manage ambiance and flowers.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and appointments; arrange alternatives when needed.
• Liaise between dining room and residents for guest reservations and events.
• Possible supervision of front desk staff and drivers; coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
