Job summary

Greystar in Arlington, VA is seeking a full-time Concierge to warmly greet residents and guests, answer calls, and direct visitors. You will manage packages, monitor security, and provide local resources while maintaining logs and coordinating services.

Qualifications

• Greets residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member.
• Maintains daily logs of events and security status.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure comfort while they wait.
• Answer phone calls, route to the appropriate team member, and assist with callbacks.
• Assist residents with checking in or out of luggage carts and monitor parking garage.
• Monitor fire alarm panel and security cameras; manage package deliveries and inform residents within 24 hours.
• Keep logs of equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services.
• Maintain local area information and vendor relationships; book freight elevator for move-ins/move-outs.
