Job summary

CCMC is looking for a passionate Community Manager to oversee a master-planned community in Texas. You will lead daily operations, manage assets and vendors, and ensure financial transparency in alignment with board directives and CCMC’s mission.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and a commitment to resident engagement. You will mentor the onsite team and drive community initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite HOA or similar management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (CAM preferred) and CAM license required within 90 days in states other than FL/NV/GA.
• Strong leadership and financial background aligned with CCMC values: Integrity, Respect, Service, Community.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations and ensure community goals align with CCMC’s mission.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure financial accountability by managing budgets and variance reports, aligning with board directives.
• Maintain risk management compliance and long-term planning for the community.
• Develop and motivate onsite teams through delegation, coaching, and performance development.
• Guide strategic decisions and advise the board on long-term planning and policy-making.
• Engage the community by facilitating resident meetings and encouraging participation.
