Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CAM license preferred or required in specified states.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, assets, vendors, and governing documents to achieve goals.
• Foster relationships with residents, board members, and staff through clear communication.
• Manage budgets, variance reports, and board directives for financial transparency.
• Develop risk management programs and ensure long-term planning alignment.
• Mentor onsite team, delegate tasks, and drive performance development.
• Advise the board on strategy and policy to meet community objectives.
• Facilitate resident meetings and promote active community participation.
