Job summary

Havenpark Communities in Osseo, MN is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to be the heartbeat of our neighborhood, ensuring residents feel at home and operations run smoothly.

You’ll support the Community Manager, coordinate events, manage rent collection, move-ins, and lease paperwork, while maintaining compliance and resident satisfaction.

This role emphasizes empathy, organization, and teamwork with the sales and maintenance teams to deliver a thriving community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to sit for long periods, walk the community, and lift supplies as needed.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build a welcoming atmosphere and address resident issues with care.
• Plan and execute community events to foster belonging.
• Manage rent collection and financial processes with accuracy.
• Coordinate move-ins and paperwork for new residents.
• Escalate complex issues to the Community Manager as needed.
• Ensure lease renewals and document prep are efficient.
• Manage maintenance work orders and ensure 48-hour resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Maintenance teams.
