Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to be the heartbeat of the neighborhood, handling operations, resident relations, events, and daily tasks. You’ll work closely with the Community Manager to foster a welcoming, well-run community where residents feel at home.

You’ll coordinate rent, move-ins, and paper­work while ensuring maintenance work orders are completed promptly. The role requires organizational prowess, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Foster resident relations and engagement, addressing issues with care.
• Prepare and manage rent collection and financial records.
• Support sales and leasing activities and paperwork for move-ins.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and ensure 48-hour responsiveness.
