Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential leasing and/or property management experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing rent collections and financial processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication abilities.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payment processing, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals through excellent service.
• Process applications, screenings, and assist prospective residents.
