Job summary

The Scion Group in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Resident Services Manager to lead resident experience, support leasing, and supervise on-site operations. You will drive engagement, handle crises, and collaborate with marketing and finance teams to maintain high-quality living environments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management or resident services, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office. Evening or weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or resident services.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and sensitive conversations.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations & Community Experience: Lead reputation management, mediate and resolve complaints, manage delinquency notices, coordinate mutual terminations, lead crisis management, oversee insurance compliance, organize resident events, manage ETM staff in GM absence.
• Leasing & Occupancy: Oversee leasing workflows and generate lease documents, backup for lead follow-up, move-ins/inspections/transfers, Entrata BUA management and dashboards.
• Operational Support: Support General Manager with Entrata dashboards, collaborate with accounting on delinquency and related processes, ensure timely lease paperwork and notices.
• Marketing & Social Media: Collaborate on local marketing campaigns, co-manage social media for events and leasing updates.
• Seasonal Focus Areas: Assist with seasonal coverage, crisis management, Fair Housing matters, capital project support, cross-department collaboration.
