Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking an on-site Resident Services Manager in Oxford, MS to lead resident relations, housing operations, and community engagement. You will oversee leasing processes, drive satisfaction, and coordinate with marketing and property teams to support retention and occupancy goals.

This role requires strong people skills, crisis management ability, and proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office. Occasional after-hours coverage and travel within the portfolio may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or resident services.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills; ability to handle crisis conversations.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident relations and community experience initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee leasing workflows, renewals, and move-ins; support sales calls and lease execution.
• Coordinate operational support with ownership, accounting, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate on local marketing campaigns and manage social media for events and leasing updates.
• Provide coverage for other communities within the portfolio as needed; respond to evenings/weekends during peak periods.
