Job summary

Windsor Buckhead in Atlanta, GA seeks a Resident Manager I to oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and a welcoming, engaged environment.

You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Support Services, and site teams to drive move-ins, renewals, and issue resolution while leading social media presence and resident appreciation events. Weekend work may be required based on site needs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in retail/hospitality/multifamily environments.
• Undergraduate degree preferred; strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Knowledge of Funnel CRM and property-management systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-in process and ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Support renewal acquisition and manage resident communications.
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership and Service teams to transition prospects to residents.
• Organize resident appreciation events and maintain online community presence.
• Monitor budgets and process invoices in alignment with policies.
