Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Seguin, TX is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to lead daily operations, oversee assets, and ensure alignment with our resident-centered mission. You will foster relationships with residents and boards, manage budgets, and guide the onsite team, while upholding our core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community.

The role requires leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications; CAM license may be required

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite community management (HOA) or equivalent experience with strong operational and financial background.
• Bachelor's degree or related certifications; CAM license preferred or required in certain states.
• Commitment to Integrity, Respect, Service and Community, with focus on resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Community Initiatives: Lead daily operations and align goals with CCMC's mission.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build connections with residents, board members, and staff.
• Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, variance reports, and board directives.
• Maintain Risk Management Compliance: Develop and implement risk programs and long-term planning.
• Develop & Motivate Teams: Lead and mentor onsite team with delegation and development.
• Guide Strategic Decisions: Advise the board on long-term planning and policy.
• Engage the Community: Facilitate resident meetings and participation to foster belonging.
