You will drive culture, ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial health, lead operations, and collaborate with sales and care teams to deliver exceptional service while upholding federal and state requirements.

The role requires Bachelor's in business/healthcare or equivalent, strong leadership, and proven ability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, gerontology, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrates passion for leading and developing people and delivering excellent service to residents.
Exceptional hospitality skills with sensitivity to aging adults and families.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Drives culture within community and models servant leadership.
Builds meaningful connections with residents ensuring safety, belonging, and peace of mind.
Oversees financial health and budget management of the community.
Leads other functional leaders and coordinates with departments.
Supports hiring, training, performance management, and separations.
