Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support daily community management, focusing on resident retention, move-in coordination, and marketing support. You will work with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to plan events, manage tours, and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating newsletters, calendars, and programs, while monitoring inboxes and collaborating with the Lifestyle Team to promote activities and services.

Qualifications

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member.
• Manages guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/move-outs.
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready and ready for resident use.
• Develops and executes events, services, and programs with metrics for success.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and assists with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member, and assists with service-call backs.
• Maintains guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/move-outs.
• Manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready for resident use and leverages space for events.
• Creates and executes monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers; manages Resident Portal postings.
