Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative support experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree with leasing and/or customer retention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts move-in/move-out inspections and coordinates tours.
• Responds to resident questions via phone, online platforms and CRM.
• Supports property management with daily operations and events.
• Maintains knowledge of community amenities, policies and local regulations.
• Plans resident engagement activities and manages community calendar.
