Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year in activity coordination.
• Strong computer literacy with Windows software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and promote activities and events; research providers and speakers.
• Schedule events and activities; encourage participation; attend and monitor events.
• Annually survey residents to solicit feedback for future events.
• Record tenant participation and provide follow-up reports to management.
• Develop advertising and promotional materials and manage budgets.
• Seek training opportunities to enhance service provision.
• Participate in monthly Resident's Council meetings as staff liaison.
• Other duties as assigned.
