You will lead activities, coordinate calendars, train volunteers, and work with staff to ensure safety and high satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years coordinating, planning, and executing group activities.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel; able to use tablets.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs with daily, weekly, monthly plans.
• Develop activities to connect residents with peers and community.
• Teach and lead exercises; supervise transportation and outings.
• Publish monthly program calendars and inform residents of events.
• Act as manager on duty and support resident satisfaction goals.
• Recruit/train volunteers and coordinate with staff and PR.
