Job summary

Atria is seeking an Engage Life Coordinator to develop and implement programs that enrichment residents' lives and activity levels. You will design daily/weekly/monthly plans, connect residents with community activities, and may serve as manager on duty.

You will lead engaging activities, coordinate volunteers and staff, plan events and calendars, and collaborate with operations to maintain high resident satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1-2 years coordinating, planning and executing group activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop monthly plans.
• Create inclusive activities to connect residents with each other and the community.
• Teach and supervise fitness activities and safe equipment use.
• Motivate residents with engaging, spontaneous activities.
• Welcome new residents and integrate them into the community.
• Publish a monthly program calendar.
• Support operations in achieving resident satisfaction scores.
• Perform opening/closing procedures as required.
• Act as manager on duty when needed.
• Coordinate with public relations for local positive publicity.
