Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to support residents through Engage Life programs and engaging activities. This role involves planning and leading a range of recreational events, greeting new residents, and helping to create a vibrant community environment.

You will work closely with residents and staff to ensure meaningful experiences, manage activity schedules, and participate in community celebrations and special events throughout the year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information to customers, clients, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead Engage Life programs for residents to enhance active aging.
• Provide and supervise diverse recreational activities with appropriate supervision.
• Develop programs for residents, including those confined to their rooms.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in planned activities.
• Inform residents about upcoming activities and maintain a current events schedule.
