Atria Senior Living is seeking an Engage Life Coordinator in Ohio to develop and implement programs that enhance residents' lives. You will collaborate with residents to tailor activities, act as a manager on duty as needed, and lead community events with a focus on connection and well-being.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, coordinating with staff, and promoting participation. Prior experience in coordinating activities and strong English communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of coordinating group activities and events.

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop daily/weekly/monthly plans.
• Coordinate community activities and events.
• Recruit, train and manage volunteers.
• Engage residents and enhance activity participation.
• Maintain current program calendars and publish monthly calendars.
