Sherman Associates is seeking an Entry Level Property Manager in Minneapolis, MN to support operations for Groove Lofts (44 affordable and 172 market-rate units). The role focuses on resident relations, leasing activities, and daily property operations with a Saturday-Thursday schedule.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of experience, a High School/GED, and a passion for building thriving communities. Pay ranges and benefits accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of property management software (Real Page, Yardi, Lead2Lease, OneSite).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and prospects; respond to inquiries promptly (within 24 hours).
• Show apartments, screen applications, and verify accuracy of forms.
• Coordinate move-ins, orientations, and turnover information daily.
• Promote resident engagement and coordinate events.
• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and relationships.
