Symphony Care Network is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Aide to help create meaningful experiences for our residents. As an Activities Assistant, you will engage residents in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance quality of life and daily enjoyment.

You will lead group and individual activities, assist with planning and recording activities, and uphold facility policies. The role suits someone dependable, compassionate, and energized by helping others.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, organize, and lead activities.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and some holidays.
• 1+ years’ experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities to provide social communication, entertainment, exercise and relaxation.
• Lead group and individual resident activities
• Complete required record keeping per facility policy
