Atlanta Housing seeks a Resident Resource Coordinator to manage a caseload of families and coordinate services through the Resident Empowerment department. The role focuses on enrollment assessments, goal setting in employment, education, financial management, and personal well-being, plus referrals to childcare, housing, and support services.

You will work with community agencies, maintain participant files, and ensure progress toward goals while traveling within Atlanta city limits for home

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with four years of case management experience.
• Experience working with low-income individuals and families preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a minimum caseload of 25 families with outreach and recruitment.
• Assesses participants at enrollment and develops Individual Service Plans.
• Facilitates referrals to resources addressing housing, child care, education, and finances.
• Reviews goals, monitors progress, and conducts follow-ups with participants.
• Manages crisis situations and coordinates service delivery with partners.
